Our approach

Know what to expectbefore we begin

Most of our services are offered on an hourly rate basis and many of our clients' matters are complex and involve multiple parties, so there is rarely a typical case. You are given an estimate of costs after our initial meeting or as part of the engagement process.

In accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidance on price transparency, we publish our price and service information where it is possible to be upfront about charges without knowing all the details of the matter.

Partners, from

£500per hour + VAT

Partner rates range from £500 to £700 per hour. Your matter is always supervised by a partner, with work completed by lawyers of varying experience.

Our hourly rates

Published for private individuals on immigration and nationality matters. These rates do not apply to work for corporate clients and are subject to annual review.

Rates and fee estimates are exclusive of VAT and disbursements. Professional fees are subject to VAT (currently 20%) where applicable; VAT-inclusive figures are calculated at that rate.

Full support from first advice to outcome

For standard immigration and nationality applications, the work you instruct us for involves:

  • Initial assessment and advice on the key requirements for your circumstances
  • A comprehensive list of necessary documents, with templates where appropriate
  • Reviewing and collating your supporting documents
  • Preparing and submitting application forms and booking any appointments
  • Drafting a comprehensive covering letter in support
  • Advice on the outcome, visa conditions and eligibility for extensions or indefinite leave to remain

The small print

  1. These fees are indicative of likely costs for standard applications. Final costs vary depending on the details of your matter.
  2. Estimates assume you meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules, EEA Regulations or British Nationality Act 1981 (as applicable) without discretion being needed, and that there are no complicating factors such as a criminal record or a history of non-compliance.
  3. Costs quoted do not include disbursements, such as visa fees, which are payable to third parties. We handle the payment of disbursements on your behalf.
  4. Costs can be affected by complexity, urgency, available documentation, dependants, supporting statements, liaison with third parties, Counsel's advice, and appeals or tribunal appearances.
  5. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application.
  6. Residential and commercial lease conveyancing are also charged on an estimate basis; contact us for a quote.
